Last updated: September 15, 2025

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Academy Software LLC (“Injectomy,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

A. Information you provide

  • Account details (e.g., name, email)
  • Support messages and in-app feedback
  • Purchase history and subscription status (from the App Store/Google Play—no full card data is stored by us)

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, IP address
  • Usage data: screens viewed, taps, session duration, features used, in-app progress, crash/diagnostic logs
  • Identifiers: app instance ID, advertising ID/IDFA (if you consent)

C. Information from partners

  • App Stores (for purchases, refunds, and subscription state)
  • Analytics, diagnostics, and error-logging providers
  • Customer support platforms

No patient/health records. Injectomy is educational. Please do not enter any patient-identifying information into the app.

2. Why we use your information (and GDPR legal bases)

  • Provide and operate the Service; maintain security and performance (contract, legitimate interests)
  • Personalize features, save preferences, and remember your progress (consent, legitimate interests)
  • Analytics and product improvement (legitimate interests, consent where required)
  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions via the app stores (contract)
  • Send essential service communications (e.g., change notices, billing issues) (contract, legal obligation)
  • Marketing communications (only if you opt in; you can opt out anytime) (consent)
  • Comply with law, defend our rights (legal obligation, legitimate interests)

3. Cookies, SDKs, and tracking

Our apps and site may use cookies and mobile SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, and (if you consent) advertising measurement. You can control tracking in the app’s privacy settings, your device settings, and by using the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

CalOPPA “Do Not Track.” Some browsers send a DNT signal; we treat browser DNT and Global Privacy Control (GPC) as requests to opt-out of “sale/share” for California residents where technically feasible.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, email delivery, payment processing via the app stores)
  • Professional advisors and authorities when legally required
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required)

All processors are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Typical retention: account data while your account is active; diagnostics/analytics 12-24 months; purchase records per tax/legal requirements.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, logging). No method is 100% secure.

7. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU SCCs/UK IDTA).

8. Your rights

GDPR/UK GDPR — access, correction, deletion, portability, restrict/object to processing, and withdraw consent.

California (CCPA/CPRA) — right to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of “sale/share”, and limit use of sensitive personal info. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

10. Third-party links

External links may be present. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We’ll post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also appear in-app.
