Terms of Service — Injectomy

This agreement (“Terms”) is between 3D Academy Software LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“you,” “user”). By accessing or using the Injectomy application (the “Service”) developed by Company, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Injectomy is (and isn’t)

Injectomy provides interactive 3D anatomy visuals, expression mapping, and illustrative injection animations for educational reference only.

  • Not medical advice. Content is informational, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.
  • No credentialing. Injectomy is not a certification program or a substitute for accredited training.
  • Not a treatment guide. Always follow your formal training, local laws, clinical guidelines, and relevant manufacturer instructions when performing treatments.. Clinical judgment remains yours alone. Company explicitly waives any liability for any complications or damages arising from procedures attempted or performed using Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your country). If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate information.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app or content;
  • circumvent access controls, use bots, or resell access;
  • upload patient-identifying data or any unlawful/harmful content;
  • use the Service in violation of law, clinical regulations, or app-store rules.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and trials

  • Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store, Stripe and/or Google Play, as applicable. We do not store full payment card data.
  • Auto-renew: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your App Store account or Stripe settings.
  • Refunds: Handled by the App Store or Stripe under relevant policies depending on purchase channel.
  • We may change prices and plans prospectively; we’ll notify you of changes that affect your current subscription.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, 3D models, animations, and branding are owned by the Company or our licensors and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6. User content & feedback

If you submit feedback, ideas, or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, without obligation.

7. Third-party services

The Service may include links or integrations. We don’t control third-party content and aren’t responsible for it. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT CONTENT IS CLINICALLY COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions via your app-store account. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or risk of harm. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will survive termination.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or on our site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Export & sanctions compliance

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Service where prohibited.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
